How to Recycle
- Make sure the product can be recycled.
- Rinse your recyclable packaging in used water.
(Using fresh water is wasteful.) - Allow it to drip-dry.
- Keep your different types of materials separate from one another so that you can earn the most money for them.
- Take your recyclable materials to Packa-Ching to earn some Kilorands.
Tip: You can squash your plastic and cans to make them smaller so that you can fit a lot more in your bag.
How it Works
- Bring your separated recyclable materials and sign up at the Packa-Ching buy-back centre.
- You will be paid for your materials via your cellphone and you will also spend your money using your cellphone, so remember to bring your phone with you to Packa-Ching.
- Your materials will be weighed.
- You will be paid according to the current market price for each material.
We are cashless. Please arrive at one of the Packa-Ching buy-back centres with your phone and your recyclable material and we will make an e-wallet payment to your cellphone.

Materials brought to Packa-Ching buy-back centres that are not suitable for recycling may be refused.
